Recruitment Team Leader - Architecture

Joining us as Team Leader at FRAME Recruitment, you’ll work in partnership with some of the UK and world’s leading employers in architecture, from renowned AJ100 architectural practices to boutique studios working exclusively in the UK. Our clients work across various sectors, including commercial, conservation and heritage, hospitality and leisure, high-end residential, and luxury retail.

FRAME Recruitment is well-established with existing clients and candidates, offering high earning potential and the opportunity to become the next big name in Architecture recruitment. Based in our Southampton office, you will report directly to our Director of FRAME Recruitment and become part of our Group Management Leadership Team, allowing you to collaborate with and learn from other Team Leaders and Managers across the business.

  • Remuneration: A salary package of circa £65,000 per annum, including base salary, uncapped commission, bonuses, team override, and a £400 monthly car allowance.
