Are you a Senior Project Architect or Senior Technician with strong experience with running large scale projects, ideally in Data Centres? We are seeking someone who is proficient in Revit, comfortable working across all RIBA stages. You will play a pivotal role in their projects, contributing your expertise to ensure the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fully qualified Architect or Technician
- Proficiency in Revit is essential.
- Lead and manage large-scale Data Centre projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee and contribute to all RIBA stages (0-7).
- Develop innovative design solutions for projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, presenting design concepts and updates.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
