Purpose of the Role: As a Senior Interior Designer, you will take the helm of design teams, managing and delegating work while serving as the primary contact for clients and the consultant team. Your expertise will guide projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they meet both aesthetic and budgetary requirements.

- Prepare and collaborate on drawings, models, images, material boards, and more.
- Liaise with external design teams and associated organizations.
- Maintain project budgetary constraints and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and statutory requirements.
- Schedule and conduct technical QA and Design Reviews at key project stages.
- Implement quality assurance procedures throughout all design stages.
- Be able to create original and creative design concepts.
- Develop detailed drawings and models, with experience in bespoke furniture and lighting design.
- Lead design direction and demonstrate technical expertise.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to manage client relationships.
- Coordinate, lead, and delegate tasks to the design team.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office.
