Key Responsibilities:
Concept Development
- Assist in creating initial plan studies, mood imagery, and material palettes.
- Develop designs using sketches, CAD, and other tools.
- Produce rendered plans, elevations, and sketch visuals.
- Source and design bespoke FF&E elements and materials.
- Prepare presentations and communicate design ideas with external visualisers.
- Create detailed design packs for costing and review, including plans, elevations, joinery details, and material specifications.
- Manage drawing packs and oversee sub-team workloads to meet deadlines.
- Submit drawings for final review prior to submission.
- Assist in reviewing contractors' documentation.
- Update drawing packages for Construction Issue.
- Experience working on most or all stages of projects.
- Good understanding of the industry, including clients, operators, and contractors.
- Good understanding of materiality and specifications.
- Basic ability to mentor junior staff and manage team deadlines.
- AutoCAD 2D
