Key Responsibilities:
- Medium to large scale Resi/Office/Education/Mixed-Use (resi/retail/community) sector experience - mid to high rise
- Experience in RIBA stages 3,4,5
- Create detailed drawings and specifications.
- Prepare tender and construction drawings.
- Develop comprehensive schedules of materials and finishes.
- Coordinate with internal/external consultants.
- Engage in client interactions.
- Manage and collaborate with other design team members.
- Preparation of detailed drawings and specifications for tender and construction

- Experience working within the Revit model
- Coordination between Consultants
- Clear understanding of building regulations and standards
- Advanced knowledge of Revit, including the ability to create construction/working drawings using Revit and Uniclass a bonus
- Minimum 3 years' post-graduate experience
