Are you a Senior Architect or Senior Architectural Technician on the lookout for a new job role? I am working with a London based Architecture studio who is looking to hire on either an ASAP start contract role.
This studio work on an array of projects from Hospitality, Commercial and Residential from concept to completion. The current position they are hiring for is going to be for their busy Residential team which is focused on a super prime project.
For this role, they are looking for someone with UK based Residential experience, alongside excellent Revit skills with ideally strong delivery/ technical experience - stages 4&5. The large bulk of workload will be later stages, including liaising with contractors and going on site.
Skills required:
- COBie experience highly desirable
- Proficiency in Revit essential
- UK based Residential experience, ideally multi unit / large scale
- Technical delivery and on site experience
- Project running skills, team leading also beneficial
- Client facing, able to work independently
The Studio
The studio are a busy central London studio who are medium size. They have a really fun, positive office culture with lots of social events throughout the year! They are really pro active on internal progression and development and are open to hiring on either a contract or long term permanent basis.
