As a Senior Interior Designer, you will take on an important leadership role within a dynamic 9-person team, working under the Associate. You will lead design projects and mentor junior team members, contributing to the growth and success of the team.
About You:
- You are currently working at a Senior level and are ready for a new challenge.
- You are seeking larger scale projects or a leadership role that aligns with your career aspirations.
- You have a passion for the high-end Residential sector and enjoy working with discerning clients.
- You possess extensive experience in running Residential projects and have a strong track record of success.
- You have experience mentoring and collaborating with junior and mid-weight designers.
- You are a creative and technically skilled designer, confident across all stages of the design process.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign, with the ability to produce quick freehand sketches when needed.
