Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and present design decisions for discussion.
- Coordinate weekly with various consultants and prepare design team meeting workshops.
- Identify issues and propose solutions.
- Focus on project management and liaison with different design teams.
- Client-facing experience is a plus.
- Manage sensitive and highly confidential information.
- Self-motivated and responsible.
- Demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
- Build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
- Resilient to cope with conflicting demands and work well under pressure to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Qualified Part 3 registered architect.
- Experience in all stages of architectural projects, with a focus on detailing stages.
- Proficiency in Revit, BIM, and AutoCAD.
- Desirable skills: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
