We are on the lookout for versatile middleweight designers to join an expanding studio. This position will primarily focus on high-profile hospitality and exclusive commercial residential projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with the team to develop initial design concepts and palettes.
- Assist in managing, sourcing, selecting, and producing FF&E and interior architecture for a range of project types.
- Prepare detailed specifications and spec books to ensure all FF&E documentation is coordinated throughout the design packages
- Proven track record of contributing to successful project delivery, from initial briefing and concept to site installation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign, and Spec Designer.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
