As a Masterplanner, you will lead the development of large-scale urban projects, working closely with our talented team of architects, designers, and planners. Your role will involve crafting visionary masterplans that balance aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability, while also responding to the unique challenges of urban living.
This will be a permanent full time role for a London based firm with a number of busy projects across the UK and overseas in the Middle East also, covering sectors from Hospitality, Mixed use, Commercial, Retail and Residential. The studio are looking for someone proficient in both Revit and Rhino to hit the ground running!
Requirements:
- Masterplanning background
- Sector experience ranging from Hospitality, Mixed use, Commercial or Retail/ Residential
- Revit/ Rhino proficiency
- RIBA stage 1-6 focus
- Project running/ team leading skills advantageous
- UK studio/ building regulation and construction knowledge
- Excellent communication and organisation background
