Our client, a reputable and dynamic Design & Build studio, are looking for someone with strong technical skills, including lots of on-site experience in the commercial office sector, the ability to liaise between sub-contractors and clients and run a technical package/s.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Lead and coordinate technical packages, ensuring project milestones are met and on-site delivery runs smoothly.
- Client & Contractor Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact, maintaining clear and effective communication with contractors and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- On-Site Skills: Attend and oversee site visits, addressing any issues promptly and ensuring design intent is maintained.
- Technical Package Development: Work with the project team to create, manage, and refine technical packages that align with client specifications and industry standards.
- Job Running: Oversee the entire project from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in commercial office fit-out or D&B projects.
- Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Skills: Strong technical and project coordination skills, with the ability to work on-site and liaise effectively with contractors and clients.
