Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute interior design projects across all RIBA work stages.
- Prepare and manage detailed drawing packages, ensuring compliance with UK building regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to communicate design concepts and ideas effectively.
- Oversee the procurement and management of FF&E.
- Provide on-site support during the construction phase, liaising with contractors and consultants.
- A degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design.
- Proven professional knowledge within corporate interiors, with a strong portfolio highlighting detailing and design.
- Proven knowledge in the hospitality design sector - desirable.
- In-depth understanding of on-site construction and procurement routes.
- Strong knowledge of the complexities of design and finishing details.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
