Key Responsibilities:

Provide HR support and guidance across the practice.
Build effective relationships at all levels, collaborating with the Board on strategic HR initiatives.
Manage employee relations and serve as the first point of contact for HR queries.
Ensure compliance with employment regulations and develop new employment policies.
Oversee HR administration, recruitment processes, and performance reviews.
Develop and implement talent management and training plans.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of HR practices, including reward and recognition, welfare, and learning and development.
Excellent understanding of employment regulations.
Proactive and hands-on approach with strong communication skills.
Experience in a professional services environment is highly desirable.
