Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR support and guidance across the practice.
  • Build effective relationships at all levels, collaborating with the Board on strategic HR initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations and serve as the first point of contact for HR queries.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and develop new employment policies.
  • Oversee HR administration, recruitment processes, and performance reviews.
  • Develop and implement talent management and training plans.
Skills Required:
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, including reward and recognition, welfare, and learning and development.
  • Excellent understanding of employment regulations.
  • Proactive and hands-on approach with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in a professional services environment is highly desirable.
