Key Requirements:
✅ Experienced Healthcare Architect - Must have experience in all stages of healthcare design, planning and technical, from 1:500 concept through to 1:50's
✅Demonstrable experience of working on larger projects (£50m+) as part of a collaborative team.
✅ Day-to-day leadership of smaller projects across all stages, from inception to on-site delivery.
✅ Excellent programming, resourcing, and deliverables project management skills.
✅Working knowledge of updated Building Regulations, Health Building Notes, design standards and leading practice essential.
✅ Strong Revit and BIM knowledge
✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✅Track record of participating in Bids and BD is an advantage
✅Experience working across all RIBA stages
