Role Responsibilities
- Lead & Mentor: Inspire and guide a diverse team across all departments.
- Strategic Execution: Collaborate with Directors to translate business strategy into actionable initiatives.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee recruitment, training, and the development of team members while fostering a collaborative environment.
- Performance Monitoring: Identify areas for improvement, implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Budget Management: Develop and control operational budgets to maximise profitability.
- Client Relations: Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and understanding client needs.
- Industry Representation: Represent the company at events, ensuring the vision and capabilities are communicated effectively.
- Proven Experience: In operations management, ideally within a design or creative environment.
- Leadership Skills: Outstanding communication and people management abilities.
- Process Implementation: Experience in creating systems that drive productivity and profitability.
- Decision-Making: Strong decision-making and negotiation skills.
- Organisational Talent: Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office, Xero, and stock/warehouse management systems is a plus.
