Are you An experienced BIM Manager with experience in the Architecture industry? FRAME are partnered with a creative, passionate Architecture firm in London who are looking to hire at senior level on a full time permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing BIM Procedures: Ensure that all BIM and digital construction procedures are adhered to during the design, construction, and handover phases.
- Standardisation and Quality Control
- Team Management, lead a team of BIM champions across various project teams, driving success and innovation.
- Training and Support with the wider team to ensure top quality internal training and office protocol
- Leading the coordination and communication both internally and externally, coordinating meetings with project managers, engineers, and architects
- Data Management including managing project information model and data
- Proven leadership skills with experience in management and support/ team growth
- Ability to deliver projects on time within a financial budget
- Experience in coordinating various consultant teams
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident presenter with a strong ability to engage and educate clients and other external parties
- Hybrid working – 3 days in office and 2 from home
