FRAME have partnered with an Architectural and Interior Design Studio is the search for a Bid Manager to join an award-winning team. Based in in London, we are looking someone that can help to deliver high-quality bids, proposals, and marketing materials that align with our client’s unique design ethos.

About Us:
Our client is an established international architectural and interior design practice, with offices in London and New York. Their diverse portfolio spans the UK, Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East, and includes a variety of projects from high-end residential to cultural, educational, mixed-use, and master planning works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Principal and Senior Team to create and deliver high-quality bid documents, PQQs, case studies, competition entries, award submissions, and newsletters.
  • Develop compelling content for bid documents, presentations, and all supporting marketing materials, ensuring consistency with the studio’s identity and values.
  • Write and distribute press releases, newsletters, social media content, and other publications.
  • Identify and monitor tender opportunities and present relevant opportunities to the management team.
  • Coordinate award submissions and manage relationships with the press and industry networks.
  • Identify speaking, judging, and networking opportunities for senior team members.
Skills & Experience:
  • Ideally 2 years of experience in bid writing or marketing coordination within the architectural industry.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with a background in creative writing, journalism, or similar fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with InDesign.
  • Strong copywriting and copyediting skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
