Are you a BID Coordinator/ BID Manager on the lookout for a new role?
FRAME are working with a prestigious Architecture studio based in London, renowned for delivering world-class projects globally. This will be an ASAP start 3-6 month contract role initially with the intention of going permanent after.

This role will play a key role in managing the bid process from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions that align with our brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the BID process, including timelines and submission requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Manage key accounts across the business to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare high-quality documentation, presentations, and reports using InDesign.
  • Support the wider business in securing new opportunities and maintaining our position in a competitive market.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within architecture or construction.
  • Strong proficiency in InDesign.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
