Essential Qualifications:
- Essential AABC or RIBA SCA / CA accreditation
- Strong project delivery and management skills
- Proficiency in design, technical
- Strong experience in conservation / heritage projects - experience needed
- In-depth knowledge of UK Building and Planning regulations
- Experience across all RIBA stages
- Client communication skills
- Experience with NEC4 contracts; NEC Supervisor role is a plus
- Proficiency in Revit
- Lead projects from concept to delivery
- Engage in business development and client relations
- Manage and mentor team members
- Support long-term strategies for working on the heritage project
- Identify and secure new project opportunities
