The Role:
You will support the Beauty Commercial Project Manager in delivering a range of exciting projects, including new store launches, refurbishments, and brand executions. This role offers a unique opportunity to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including brands, designers, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the Technical Design Reviews and provide confident feedback to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Plan, track, and report project statuses to senior management.
  • Define and develop project tasks and manage resources effectively.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and workload within the Commercial function.
  • Ensure alignment with the company's brand DNA to deliver world-class results.
What do you need?
  • Experience in Retail Project Management and Technical Design.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Proficiency in interpreting space plans and technical drawings.
  • Ability to build productive relationships at all levels.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced projects and changing requirements.
Software's required:
  • Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD.
  • Familiarity with Revit.
  • Microsoft Project experience is desirable.
