I am working with a practice who are seeking Architects and Technologists with strong technical knowledge and experience in large-scale projects, particularly in data centers. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit, comfortable working across technical, later RIBA stages, and must be ARB registered. You will play a pivotal role in their projects, contributing your expertise to ensure the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fully qualified Architect and Technologist/Technician
- Develop and produce detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
- Participate in site visits and inspections, providing guidance.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Strong experience in large-scale projects, Data centers desired.
- Comfortable working across all RIBA stages.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
