Are you a Technical Architect or Senior Architectural Technician on the lookout for a new job role? I am working with a London based Architecture studio who are looking to hire on an ASAP start contract role (outside iR35).
This studio work on an array of projects from Hospitality, Commercial and Residential from concept to completion. The current position they are hiring for is going to be for their busy Commercial team which is focused on both new build and retrofit Commercial office projects mostly in and around London.
For this role, they are looking for someone with UK based Commercial, Hospitality or Residential experience, alongside excellent Revit skills with ideally strong delivery/ technical experience. The large bulk of workload will be later stages, including liaising with contractors and going on site.
Skills required:
- Proficiency in Revit, Aconex beneficial
- UK based Commercial, Hospitality or Residential experience, ideally multi unit / large scale
- Technical delivery and on site experience, RIBA stage 4-5
- Project running skills, team leading also beneficial
- Client facing, able to work independently
The Studio
The studio are a busy central London studio who are medium size. They have a really fun, positive office culture with lots of social events throughout the year! They are really pro active on internal progression and development and are open to hiring on either a contract or long term permanent basis.
