We are currently on the look out for talented Architectural Technicians with at least 3 years post university experience to join a RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice.
The studio focuses on Commercial and High end Residential projects, with a big focus on being very collaborative, delivering exceptional service to their clients, and working at the highest possible level.

- Technical Design: Produce detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or Revit software, ensuring compliance with building regulations and standards.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Building Regulations: Stay abreast of UK building regulations and standards, incorporating them into design plans and specifications.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to facilitate project coordination and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Architectural Technician.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit.
- Ability to produce accurate technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Teamwork: Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify and solve technical problems efficiently and creatively.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
