Key Responsibilities:
PR & Communications:
- Coordinate internal and external PR activities, liaising with press and external PR agencies.
- Expand and maintain the press network, ensuring the work is consistently featured in relevant publications.
- Create and distribute press releases, newsletters, and social media content that reflects the studio's identity and values.
- Maintain a record of all studio related publications, keeping track of press clippings and new media coverage.
- Develop and write content for presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Create and manage content for studio website, social media channels, newsletters, and other publications.
- Design graphics, edit videos, and oversee the visual direction of marketing materials to align with the studio’s brand.
- Regularly update all marketing collateral.
- Manage studios online presence, including overseeing updates to the website and online directories.
- Assist in preparing award submissions in collaboration with the principal.
- Identify and manage speaking, judging, and networking opportunities for the Principal and senior team members.
- Research and organise industry conferences, lectures, and events for the team to attend, with a focus on increasing visibility and engagement in the architectural community.
- Creative and Excellent Writing Skills: A strong ability to craft compelling content for a range of marketing materials.
- Architectural Marketing Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role within an architectural practice or related field.
- Proactive and Independent: Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with autonomy, while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Design Skills: Proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign; experience with video editing and graphic design is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience managing website content.
