Job Description

Lead the bid management function for a globally recognised company, overseeing bid processes across the UK, MEA and selected international markets. This senior role involves crafting winning strategies for high-value bids, primarily within UK and Middle Eastern Masterplanning projects. You’ll work closely with the business development team to identify opportunities and deliver successful proposals, managing a growing team and reporting on progress to senior leaders. You'll also contribute to ESG initiatives and help shape the company’s strategic assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead bid strategy development and execution
  • RFQs, EOIs 
  • Collaborate with business development on identifying growth opportunities
  • Implement effective bid plans and oversee proposal submissions
  • Manage reporting, providing regular updates to leadership
  • Build and mentor a scalable bid team
  • Maintain and create bid resources, including key documents
  • Project delivery plans
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Extensive bid management experience in architecture  
  • Software skills to access CRM
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Experience in leading teams and meeting deadlines
