The Studio:

- Flexible working hours
- Hybrid working- A minimum of 3 days in the office

Summary of Part 3/ Architect Role:

  • Must be a RIBA Part 3 or ARB Architect  
  • Essential you have had at least a couple of years of professional experience
  • You must be fully proficient in Revit, showcasing advanced skills in architectural design and modeling
  • General volume of work with the expectation of increased project load in the coming months, indicating a dynamic and growing work environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, emphasising the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering architectural projects within specified timelines and budget constraints
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, showcasing flexibility and versatility in handling diverse challenges
  • Must have recent Commercial Office/Workspace or Datacenter sector experience
  • Recent and relevant experience in the specified sectors, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of industry standards and best practices
  • You must be comfortable across most RIBA Stages

Qualifications/ Experience:
  • For Architects, it's essential to have an approved RIBA Part 3 qualification or be registered with ARB.
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience post-registration is required.
