The Role:
We are currently seeking a dynamic Head of Operations to join our client's team. Collaborating closely with the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving business strategy and ensuring smooth operations across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
Business & Strategy:
- Analysing project profitability and resource allocation.
- Overseeing business strategy, including PR and marketing efforts.
- Conducting B2B and B2C marketing activities.
- Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
- Managing compliance and insurance matters.
- Handling investor reporting and internal reporting.
- Collaborating with the senior team on funding requirements.
- Supervising the daily operations of the office.
- Managing the entire employee lifecycle for approximately 15 employees.
- Overseeing health and safety requirements and procedures.
- Line management of the office Manager.
- Conducting cost analysis and value engineering.
- Collaborating with the project team on asset disposal.
- Implementing project-specific marketing strategies.
- Standard working hours: 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
- 20 days' annual leave, with an additional day accrued each year up to 25 days (plus bank holidays).
