.FRAME is recruiting a Mid-weight Interior Designer/Interior Architect on behalf of a prestigious and longstanding luxury Residential Interior Design studio, based in West London. 

Job Responsibilities:
To assist in the delivery a wide range of luxury Interior Architecture projects from concept design through to completion on site including FF&E selection and the production of detailed design intent information and presentations

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing presentations and high standard design intent drawings.
  • Collaborating with clients where appropriate, architects, and the design team to develop and translate design briefs into captivating and luxurious interior concepts.
  • Delivering mood boards and presentations to the high standards and in line with HID guidelines and processes.
  • Contributing to detailed design presentations, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings, to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Supporting on site visits and surveys to assess existing spaces, identify design opportunities, and provide insightful design recommendations.
  • Assisting on selecting and specifying furniture, fixtures, finishes, materials, and accessories that embody the highest standards of luxury and quality.
  • Assists the Senior Designers in the delivery of IA projects from concept through to completion.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Interior Architecture and FF&E products and finishes, their fabrication techniques and operational applications
  • Experience working on projects in the London market is a must.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in creating exquisite, high-end interior designs that demonstrate innovation, attention to detail, and a sophisticated aesthetic.
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury design principles, materials, finishes, and furnishings.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of time management skill and constantly seeks to streamline processes and procedures to increase quality and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, (Revit desirable).
